Refund & Returns Policy
We take great pride in the quality of every Activist Edibles product. If something goes wrong with your order, we want to put it right. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order so you understand your rights and our obligations.
1. Our Commitment to You
We stand behind every product we sell. If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is a verifiable problem with your product, we will work with you to resolve it — through a reshipment, replacement, or refund, at our discretion.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives in a condition that is clearly damaged, or if you receive the wrong products, you are entitled to a remedy. To make a claim:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order
- Provide your order reference number
- Include a clear photograph of the damaged or incorrect item(s)
- We will assess your claim and respond within 2 business days
Where a valid damage or incorrect-item claim is confirmed, we will offer either a full replacement reshipment or a full refund of the affected items, at your choice.
4. Non-Delivered Orders
If your tracked order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, or if your order has been in transit for significantly longer than the estimated delivery window without movement, please contact us. We will investigate with the carrier and, where the order is confirmed lost, provide one of the following:
- One free reshipment of your original order, or
- A full refund of the original order value
Claims for non-delivery must be made within 14 days of the estimated delivery date shown at checkout.
5. Quality Complaints
If you believe a product you received does not meet the quality standard you would reasonably expect from Activist Edibles, please contact us with details and, where possible, photographs. We assess all quality complaints on a case-by-case basis and will always seek a fair resolution.
6. Refund Processing
Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. We will confirm the refund in writing once processed. We are not responsible for any delays caused by your bank or payment provider once the refund has been issued from our end.
